My friend saw Miley Cyrus at the Cheesecake Factory in Pasadena 10 minutes ago with a mystery man and daddy Billy Ray. Miley’s mystery guy was 17 or 18, had black gelled up spiky hair, was very tan and had bright whitened teeth. [We'll find out who it is when the paparazzi pictures are released].
Miley was pleasant enough to take a picture with a fan inside the restaurant. After she left she was looking down the whole time and smiling, ‘like she knew people were watching her and liked it.‘ The Cyrus‘ waitress told my friend, ‘they’re really not good tippers,‘ but added that Billy Ray was very nice.
